How Low should i go ?

  Shed.
OK. so its down to personal taste.

i dont know whether to drop her 30 mm on sportlines and have it looking smarter and less "boatlike" or get something like Pepsi's 60mm Pi springs, which do look good, but i fear might be a bit too chavvy. Really cant make my mind up.

I dont want to drop her 230mm like foxy has done either. After ive done some small mods to begin with ill decide on some springs.

110 = f0xy:eek:

60mm apex kit imo
40mm springs - to me theres not much of a difference
30mm. . .:dead: but each to their own

  M2 Competition
60mm, wheels should sit just touching the arches then.

When lowering for looks either drop it all the way, or leave it standard. 30mm springs no-one but clio geeks would ever notice its been lowered.

yer i think ill do a 60mm, unless i can find a 50mm set which are good. but i think PI's seem a safe bet.

why would low look chavvy?!
my springs are pretty sound to be honest mate, nice and solid but I wouldn't call them too uncomfortable, seems a lot more planted on the road too. When i lowered it before the rear was tooooooo stiff, but pretty spot on now.

Edit, go 60mm and you'll love it. mine looks the b****cks now to be honest :D

Nah aint got any pics, too much drinking and working to be done for that! I'll do some at some point in the week now im back on shifts.

Yeah standard shocks, all these people who say don't do it etc have probably never experienced it! It's good enough.
