How much does one 16v Phase 2 wheel weigh

Id guess at 12kg(depending on the tyre).Its very light for an OE wheel.

i sent 4 and the courier charged for 80kg, i really didnt think they were as heavy as that!!!

They probably have set weight limits with a price to match,say up to 10kg,up to 25kg,up to 50kg,up to 100kg etc.

The wheel might be 12, but the tyres about 8.

I weighed my 172 mk1 wheels (15" oz f1 cups) and with tyre they were about 20kgs.

if I remember right - a willy wheel is about 14kg including tyre , if that helps.....

willy wheeels are a fair bit lighter

Depends a lot on the tyre too,Ive got through loads and its surprising hom much heavier those with a thicker sidewall are.

standard phase 2 wheel.... 15.4kg with tyre, i weighed one before when i changed over to my new alloys, thats with a standard size micheline tyre
