I offer 200 lol
Evo 7 Recaros dell for £100 so that plus what ever the mounts are worth.
£2500 sounds reasonable.
Sounds like it doesn't need any work doing to it for a while now.
Didn't you have it advertised or am I confused?
Sounds nice though![]()
Dci 175 lux , 99k.
Loads of history, just had mounts and hub bearing and rear brakes at diamond motors.
Conditions ok, couple of car park dings, all 4 wheels kerbed.
Goodyear F1 all round, loads of life left.

2.5-3k
That was my hunch. It's far from mint cosmetically, but solid and well maintained mechanically.
Think I'll try AT at 3k, and less on here.

Sounds silly as it is obviously a diesel but how do these cope doing not many miles (4 miles each way to work). Case of taking it for a good blast once a week? Are the generally quite reliable. That was my hunch. It's far from mint cosmetically, but solid and well maintained mechanically.

Has spent most of the last 4yrs going into London/Birmingham with a weekly blast on proper roads. It's been faultless. It's basically a Nissan pickup truck lump, reliable and strong.Sounds silly as it is obviously a diesel but how do these cope doing not many miles (4 miles each way to work). Quite interested in the car but im just after something reliable for work and sort of discounted diesels. Bodywork doesn’t bother me as such as i work on a building site and it gets destroyed within 2 days especially in this weather. Slightly over what i had in mind budget wise but at this price range there’s a certain comfort in buying from a genuine seller.
3k seems like a bargain, but belts overdue will always be a bartering point for buyers. And not many people buy built track cars, it seems wasting loads of money building your own is the preferred route! I'd put it out there at 3k and see what interest you get. I expect you'll get offers for parts though.I'm interested to see what other members feel this car is worth, as I haven't used the car since brands in October 2017 and before that was Bedford in October 2016.
It does need an MOT, which I can arrange no problem. It's also overdue a cambelt change and needs new engine oil as it's done 3 track days since the last change it had.
Spec as follows
2002 Car, 108,000 miles
I bought the car stock in 2011 at 106,300m and have slowly built it up over time. I must say it's the most fun you can have in a car on track, especially in the wet. As I said, I don't make the time to use it, so it's sat still for another 12 months. I have used the car for 4 track days and 2 sprints.

Thanks for the reply. I believe it would probably fetch more in bits but I would want to sell as a whole think.
It's sat there for so many years and got incrementally better each time I've driven it, that parting ways with it for nothing just isn't an option.
I could have the belts done, not a problem. Perhaps I will do that and get the MOT renewed and see what interest there is.
I priced parts up from your list at around 2k. I would personally do the belts and MOT and put it up for £3200-3400 and be prepared to take closer to 3k. Without belts I think it would be a hard sell.
I appreciate the feedback. What is the cost of the belts on one of these cars, do you know?
182/172 cambelt prices
Full cambelt kit and accessory belt kit £475
Dephaser adds £175 which also includes oil and filter as required
Waterpump adds £80 and this also includes fresh coolant
To re-seal cam cover adds £75
Yeah 1850 would be cheap imoSound I was thinking/hoping the same ?
2004 Clio 182 in Black Gold
97,000 Miles
MOT Sept 2019
Good service history, but recent stuff done at home
Rear discs and pads last month along with new genuine engine mounts (all 3)
Pretty decent condition, standard alloys, Eagle F1 AS3 tyres with plenty of meat
Belts due so around £1850??
You got a thread on it
A good guide on belt prices:
Have I put it up for sale? No not yet, probs mid-December (terrible time to sell)
!
Take it off your hands for a grand, Christmas Eve?
