How much is my brothers red 172 worth

My brother bought his girlfriend a red 172 3 years ago, the condition is fantastic, not a mark on it, full service history, one owner. 14.5k miles.
anyone got a idea on price, trying to come up with a figure asap for it.

Seen lots for around the 7-7500 mark with that kind of milage

id have paid 7500 for a flame red 172 for sure...a dealer would be asking 8 at least.
