Why go to Renault got to an independant dealer or specialist.

would not bother with renault, as for that mileage full renault SH will not affect the price

just take it to a specialist, for the few pence your going to lose out on your sale price (if at all) your saving substantial amounts in servicing costs.

Well it will need new gear box and engine mountains. Full exhaust system. Possibly clutch plate with bearings. Front and rear wheel bearings. Disc and pads also drums and shoes. well thats what they will say due to the mileage

thinking about just doing it my self and keeping all the recipts! am capable of doing everything required! but will my service light come on once i hit 107k?

nope, service light only comes on with a fault.

eg if theres an airbag fault the serv + airbag light come on.

The clio does not have a service light as such. i always serviced my clio myself using genuine renault parts, just kept all receipts in a folder. The guy who bought the car was very impressed when presented with receipts for everything ranging from tyres, to brakes, to service items.

forgot to say, i always wrote the mileage down on the top of the receipt for service items. just to help keep a tally of things.

Thats completly unfair even if Renault do say it needs them it might do.
