i am 24 and got mine in feb paying just over £1300 fully comp with 2 years no claims but that is with my missis on there too

Looks like its going to drop to £450 this year.

Got my ph2 172 when I was 21 and I pay £750 a year (3 years named driver no claims). The policy is in my name now for that price which i dont think is too bad. Had a 3.0 V6 406 Coupe before that and it was closer to £2k!!! (the clio is quicker too!!).

ST170 at 21, 182 when i was 22. Both were exactly the same premium of £957.

Now im 22 insurance has dropped to £741 on my own, but chose to add my girlfriend on the policy which took it to £780.

surprised at these premiums - some seem quite reasonable. i waited until i was 25 until i bought my 205GTi and bought the Cup at 35 (the GTi was good!); the Cup wasn't actually much more to insure despite its higher group.
