How to clear all crud from Screenwash bottle

  Suzuki Ignis Sport
My screenwash bottle has loads of crap at the bottom of it. It's making my screenwash just seep out the jets, but after a while it shoots out. The pump is fine, its just the bottle. It's had new jets and the pipes aren't clogged. Got to be the bottle.

Whats best way to clean it out? I've used hosepipe and that doesnt do it, might need some chemicals? Cheers!

I'm not sure if that's a joke or not.. either way, I don't have a dishwasher haha! I was thinking of putting something strong in there to clean it out?

They're about £45, didn't really think they'd be that pricey to be honest! Anyway, i've found out it's not the bottle, it is the pump. So gonna fit a new pump soon! Cleared all the bottle out though with G101, boiling water, jet wash and some patience.

dunno whether its really relivent but ive used 90% sulfuric acid drain cleaner on stubborn bongs and it cleans them like new, since the acid is in a plastic bottle...... it might clean a plastic washer bottle lol? fuckin dangerous s**t tho, goggles is a must! (i even contemplated using it on my oil ridden expansion bottle, although i didnt in the end)

I did one on a vr6 I owned a while ago. Just filled it up about a third full with hot water a little fairy liquid and domestos, I then added the contents of my coppers jar (1p & 2p coins) gave it a good shake. Can't remember if I repeated it again but it was as new inside afterwards!

It was actually my pump, fine now I've replaced the washer pump! Stuck jet wash in the tank though, that cleaned it ;)
