How to drain the power steering fluid

As above really, i have water in the fluid and it needs drained. Reno wont do under warrenty and my leasing company wont pay, so i have to do it myself.

I see Haynes dont cover 172s so i would like some advise in laymans terms.

Its a 172 Cup.
