How to fit Cup splitter to 172/182???

Hey guys,

Finally got my hands on a splitter and am just after some advice on how to fit it. Is it supposed to sit flush up against the botom of the bumper or am i supposed to invert it and have it sit so that the bottom of the bumper sort of sits inside the splitter, i guess if you have fitted one you will know what im talking about.

Also i noticed there are recesses for 4 screws in the bumper do i remove these and then refit them through the splitter?

One more lol, where do you screw the splitter to the bar for the best fit? there are no predrilled holes in either the splitter or the bar so is it just guess work or do i work from the midlle out or outside in?

those little reccesses are there to 'avoid' the existing screw heads in the bottom of the bumper

all you do is push the splitter up and bend it slightly to fit the shape of the bumper, drill pilot hole and use the self tappers to hold it on.

the way i did it was work out from the middle to the edge, i was using a pit and doing it single handedly = it was awkward
