how to remove/fit grill on 172 mk2?

I'm buying this grill and need help fitting it. This is my first diy jobby on the car and have no idea how to do it. Anyhelp would be appreciated.

Would i have to remove bumper?

you don't HAVE to remove the bumper, but it is easier if you do

just pop the old grill off all round the bottom same as where the clips are on that one ^^^ and then clip that one in, no point taking the bumper off!
