How to remove headlight unit?

I've done multiple searches and couldn't really find what I was after.

How do I remove my headlights? I've kind of gathered I need to remove my front bumper to get to two bolts for the headlight, is this true? If so, does anybody have the link to the guide in removing the front bumper too, as I can't find it?

Yh you need to remove the front bumper, this is a guide on here somewhere. I'll have a look now

Is it the same process and bolts for the Mk2 ph2 as the Mk3?

Have to do mine soon too :/. Removing the bumper to get the light out is a right pain!
