How to Remove Roof Trim

Does anyone know how to remove the roof trims please that run from the B pillar to the C pillar?

I've pushed and pulled and they only slide about 1/4 inch towards the rear before standing fast and then won't slide anymore or lift off.

Been out all afternoon, only managed to bend the rear end of the trim!

I think it is fixed with a bolt/clip underneath the b-pillar cover.

Thanks mr.pink87, do I have to remove the interior trim to access it please?

I think so but i am not 100% sure.
