  BMW M135i & E46 M3

does anyone hae any effective methods of removing rusted on bolts apart from putting an angle grinder to it?

Two ring spanners. Work like mad until the head shears off of the bolt.

Depends, where the bolt is.

Oxy-Acetylene has shifted 99.9% of all the 'impossible' to shift rusted bolts i have come across although its not always practical (or safe LOL) to use it.

Lots of wd40, come back the next day, you got impact wrenches to try. Push comes to shove grind off but thats pikey tbh.
