how to replace front panel (slam panel bottom part)

hi all
iv had a little bump and my front panel needs replacing has any one changed one as iv never done one are they bolted on or welded would be great for the advice thanks

The bit above the rad bolts on and off. The bit in front of the rad is welded on.

See the postage just done on replacing alternator. The whole slam panel is held on by 6 bolts. Easy enough job
