How to wire up the rear speakers?

Afternoon all,

First post here so be nice please! ;-)

I'm wiring up my clio so that I can fit a pair of speakers in the back parcel shelf. The wires are all laid along the door guttering, no problem, and speakers fitted in the back.

My question is, where do the wires connect to at the front? Clearly they dont go into the back of the head unit (or do they?!) as the head unit connecting block has all 8 wires already coming out of it, which by my maths is enough for the four speakers (excluding the radio power wires which are on the other mini block plug)

Can any one tell me where I should be wiring up the remaining four wires to? I dont want to take all the dash off just to trace those 4 wires coming of the HU block....

thanks for your help

so you have no rear speakers in the door?if thats the case then you need to cut the block where the rear speakers are, purple and green should be rear on your radio, cut the positive and negative and then connect them to the wiring you have put in for the rear speakers.

where you live?
