I've had HPs for years, never had any problems with them and found support (business support) to be unparalleled.
Take out the HDD, sent it back and ask for a new one lol.
HP CDS took over synstar and screwed up one of my best accounts!!
Stupid idiots.
5 attempts at tech support & they've finally agreed that I don't need to send my laptop to my *nearest* hp centre in London or Ireland (I live up North!!)
& that they'll send me replacement parts!
I want a macbook!!
