As for the problems you are describing, pads and disks are easy peasy, and the wheels could be refurbed for a couple of hundred. I wouldn't let it put me off a car, but would just use it as a bargaining point. Don't forget the car is 5 years old, they aren't new anymore.
Maybe, but then i'd reckon 90% of Cups have been hammered. If it had a good service book then I wouldn't rule it out, though there are some bargains on here at the mo!
