HU turns itself off

hey



just fitted my sony HU and every time the key is taken out, the HU has resetted itself when the key is put back in! its very annoying cos all the settins go!!!!!!

Sounds like the permenant feed and the switched feed is wired the wrong way around, so every time you switch the ignition off its like disconnecting the battery.

Just a thought tho

Yep, its defo the power and the ignition feeds... Need to switch them round. Used to be red and yellow wires...

Gilly just swap the Red and Yellow wires in the loom that came with Sony over. You should have bullet connectors on those wires.

That is deffo the problem
