Hydraulic press needed to remove stock dogbone mounts?

Car  205 GTI, Clio 182
Is a press needed, or will a vice suffice. I.e. can I change my dogbone mount to a powerflex without any specialist tools needed.
 
Press is not required. Removed my old bushes using a vice along with a couple of large sockets for the small bush and a big hammer for the large one.
 
Just use a 36mm~ socket and vice to press out the large bush and a hammer to knock out the metal insert.

Should only take 30mins to complete the job :)
 
^^^ this, i did mine with nothing but a hammer, couple of hits on both original bushes and they were out
 
i drilled holes in the bush then sawed that big metal ring a little bit. and that's something to bear in mind. there's a bit metal sleeve that looks like it should stay in place but it has to come out.
