Hey everyone - so i have this clio 172, its a nice car and pretty tidy.
theres really no issues at all with it except when hard cornering around left hand corners, the rear drivers side wheel rubs.
after much to-ing and fro-ing my mechanic found that he thinks the rear stub axel is bent and causing the flexion around lefts but the other side is not rubbing so were going to replace the stub axle and see if this solves the issue - the rest of everything looks fine and the stub axle really is kinda the weak link in that area so... my issue is that in new zealand, the cost of a new stub axel is something like 350+ pounds!
can anyone out there help? maybe someone has a spare they're willing to sell, or can direct me to someone who can find me the part at a reasonable price?
thanks for the help everyone
cheers
