ICE Setup - opinions/suggestions

  Clio 197 ('08 R'Blue)
Hey all,

Just after some advice/opinions on my setup I'm due to start installing shortly.
Okay for my HU I have a motorised screen unit which has an aux box with all the connections which I am going to install in the glove box. In the boot I have two amps - an Alpine MRP-T130 and a Kenwood KAC-7251. The Alpine I plan to run a set of components up front with, I'm told the alpine amp (altho it's a lil old) is still plenty powerful for comps? I still need to choose my comps, I've been told that Rainbow are very impressive - what models do u guys suggest? As for the other amp, it's a little underpowered I know but that's going to run to 10 inch subs. Someone reccommended some subs some time ago but I forget what they are! lol Any suggestions for these? The reason I would like 10 inch is cos I have the box installed and all ready but could rip it out for a single 12 if that'd be any better? That's all my plans so far - should I install anything in the rear? At the moment the original HU is still installed with 4X Infinity 5002i's which are considerably good from the standard unit. Oh and my new HU has a 4x50W built in amp if that's useable? Thanks!

Yeah I wanna go for rainbow comps cos it does seem like everyone has them and I only ever hear good reports. Generally I listen to everything, a lot of hip-hop too!!

Slightly off topic but regarding tweeters - I've seen numerous posts about how to get at them! I was wondering the same and was going to attempt to take the dash off but my grilles twist off really easily! The grille is not directly over the tweeter tho - it's slightly offset so it's tricky to remove them so taking the dash off might be the best option!
