Idea/Photos to help me Spray up my engine bay!

ok guys so as soon as I get the chance I want to look at spraying up my engine bay and sexying it up ready for a year of shows ahead. BUT!!! I realy cant decide what to do with them. should I just play it simple and go a solid colour. or should I get a little arty farty about it. heres what I did when I had the saxo

or should I even get it air brushed to look really unique?? Photos and ides much appretiated. cheers

so minus the snow as soon as I opened it, this is how it looks atm. VERY clean (but with less then 700 miles on the clock that's probably not because ive cleaned it haha)

I was tempted to get somin air brushed on to the engine or battery cover

No offence mate but is it really worth it, its not like that engine bay has anything to show off? Leave it standard, keep the plastics dressed with plastic protectant.

I know its not a particularly amazing engine or anything similar but what im trying to do is make that irrelevant. take the last of the 3 pictures I posted as an example its not all about induction kits turbos, sports badges etc and obviously on a 1.2 mine never will be lol its all about the art of the painting. the point is to make it look unique make it stand out and to a degree hide the tiny engine.

If you mess with the Bay it will devalue your car (It's new) Plus if it's leased / PCP etc your not allowed to mod it anyway.

Looks fine as it is, Just keep the plastics looking tidy.

This is something I have checked with Renault. I can mod the car anyway I want to. the only effect it has is that the part concerned ie if its lower coils wont be covered. and anyay the engine covers are only plastic covers wich can be replaced easily
