IDELING 1.8 16V

hey all ive had my 1.8 16v clio for 3 weeks and twice now when its rainning ive gone to stop and the car normally idels on 1000 rpm but idels at 1500 if you turn the car off then on it idels proppely as ive said onley happend twice and both times in the rain any ideas?

Throttle cable getting stuck ?? Iscv ??

you need to earth the speedo cable behind the dash mate, the earth on it can sometimes be poor, add another wire to it, to somewhere behind the dash, and that should fix it
