Ignition Coil

does anyone know if its possible to use an aftermarket ignition coil on a Clio, as mine seems really small an doesnt look anythin like the ignition coils on other vehicles/aftermarket ones

is it a special type ?

If its the same as mine, then its an ignition module - in other words, a coil and amplifier built into one unit.

Mine has never needed upgrading and it has to work hard at 7000 rpm firing a 100 shot of nitrous/fuel, so I wouldnt worry about changing it unless you actually need to.

i doubt im gonna change it mate, its just i was wondering if it was possible because it looks so different to others

is it possible them.......but not with a coil, it has to be a module ?
