What can I say... its an absolutely amazing machine.

Just had it delivered today, bought as a pressie for the missus as she needs it for Final Cut Work. What the hell was I doing using a PC at home??

Highly recommended for anyone contemplating a mac purchase. Oh an try and get a mate at uni's name when you purchase. I gave a friend of mines and they didnt ask for any proof, ended up getting £150 off the machine, £550 of Final Cut Studio and £110 off the 3 year extended guarantee.

its final cut studio 3, comes with FCP7, Motion 1.5, Compressor, Colour etc etc.

Just out of interest, I have an old keyboard that was non midi. Does anyone know if I use this 3.5mm to usb from the headphone socket, will it work with garageband as an input device?
