Improving the driving position in my Mk2

Car  Evo 6, E92 320d
I suffer from long legs, apparantly only cure is a chainsaw:eek: , anyway when i get my legs in a comfortable position for the pedals and so my knees don't hit the steering wheel i find my arms are at a stretch. Other than raising the backrest up silly straight whats the best way to improve my overall position?

Having the backrest fully upright is the only way I can drive, in my Clio:approve: .....can't see how anyone can drive slouched back in their seats:eek:

car conversions work quite well.......all thats involved is selling your car and buying one that you are comfortable driving!
