In search of new pics!

Freshly cleaned so went out with a mate in search of some good pics. Colour coded side strips are being picked up tomorrow and an extra set of badges are being sprayed silver, plus new dash strips in pearl black

Something is being fitted on friday, but keeping that a suprise for now

nice pics. how do you get the border around them?

photoshop mate, added a bit of contrast and darkened some edges

draw a box then, ctrl shift i, then brush in whatever colour you choose


there probably a faster way though

Pics were taken in Clacton-on-sea, which is where i live. But i put colchester as my location as its more of a land mark, plus clacton is awful

red badges are being replaced with silver and pearl black

your engine bay looks different to the 1.2 i usually recognise, i didnt know they changed it on the newer versions, or have you customised it yourself?

The engine changed on the 1.2's in late 2004 iirc. The top engine cover became the airbox

ive just added some red hose covers etc

Nice looking car the badges will look better once you've re-coloured them (as you mention) They look a bit too in your face at the min.

They look good on paper, going with the red theme


but when you cant see the hose covers and the calipers they look out of place

Tidy Motor, Colour Coding bits is a good idea, Just done it on my GF's Black Dynamique and the Sides look so much better now
