Indicators + Wipers problem...

My sisters Clio seems to have developed a problem, there is a clicking noise coming from glove box area and randomly her indicators and wipers stop working.

I was thinking could be one of the relay fuses but couldn't seem to see them after a quick look!
Are they located high underneath the glovebox?

Or am I completely wrong?

Any help appreciated.

it is the realay for the wipers it will click wen there on intamitant.. youll find if u have them on the next one u wont be able to hear it as for it not wqorking the clickings nothing worng it will always click but if they sudenly stop working just replace the realy mate.

UCH - internal control box for vehicles electrically controlled components. Very common fault. Not repairable and you cant fit a second hand one as there coded to the key and ECU.
