Inferno 1*2, drilled front bumper, B19 plate - AshTree Lane Chatham

On my way home from a bit of fishing this morning and I went home down AshTree lane.

I briefly spotted a inferno clio with some holes hole sawed into the front bumper either side of the numberplate.

The first 3 characters of the registration read "B19".

Anyone on here?
