Injectors. Should I buy this?

Hi, have developed a bad missfire on sunday and the car is no longer drivable.

Changed the coil pack today which didn't help, although my old one had some big cracks on the underside so was probably worth replacing anyway.

Also got new plugs but didn't fit them as I didn't have any feeler gauges to hand, am I right in thinking I should check the gaps before fitting?

So think I've now narrowed it down to an injector (the one nearest the gearbox). I've pulled the plugs off them one at a time and it definitely gets worse every time except for this one.

Thinking if I buy this I will be able to fit a new injector and be left with a few good spares. Just wanted to get another opinion before I buy

also, at the gearbox end of the injector rail I noticed mine has an open hole which looks like it should have a breather attached? is this meant to be left open?

You wont need a gauge for the plugs. As long as you have bought the correct plugs for the car they are all set up ready to go.
Throw em in

Asked specifically for the NGK ones that people mention on here.

So I guess it could still be an ignition fault rather than injector. I'll have to borrow some gauges today and get them fitted this evening before I go spending more money.

Back to original topic though, do you think I would be better off buying that part as opposed to paying only slight less for just a single injector?

Have been offered a rail and 4 injectors for a better price from a forum member so going to go for them if fitting my plugs tonight doesn't do the trick
