Inlet manifold removal/refitting.

Car  Black 182 FF
I'm currently thinking about getting a set of matched inlets, however I'm not close to anywhere that does them to get them fitted.

I've got a fair amount of experience with cars, done the usual exhausts, brakes etc and also done the odd clutch, gearbox, sub frame etc, but I've never done more than a few bits and pieces on my 182 and I can see that access to the inlet manifold might be quite restricted - so have many on here done it theirselves and how hard is it to do?

They are easy enough, if you think you are going to struggle. Go to Mickleton services (Hutchies garage) He will sort it for you.

I think I'll be fine tbh. I was just wondering if there was anything to watch out for as I've not really had a good look at them yet.

I usually support the engine with a jack and remove the upper engine mount to get access to the bolt on the alternator bracket
