Installing front fog lamp units (2003 Clio Cup)

Hi all,

My Clio Cup has clearly been on the track in the past and it currently some DIY brake ducts in place of the fog lamps, but I'd like to put it back to standard. Can anyone explain in idiot-proof terms how I do this?

The car came with what appeared to be the original fog lamp units in a box, each with a black plastic housing. There's no obvious way to fix the lamps into the housing and they're a very loose fit. Am I missing a third piece or do the lamp and the housing attach separately?

The current brake ducts are based around a set of those black plastic housings, so I presume any bolts or fixings are still on the car.

lamps go in from the back, black trim from the front.

Okay, so they are held separately.
Do you need to remove the bumper to get the lamps in?
