Installing sub&amp mk2 clio

Need some help here, not sure where to position the switch for the amp's power.

Its a rounded rocker, roughly 1cm width 2cm depth. Would like it to go into the dash somewhere easily accessible.

Also, where do you think would be the best earth point? I was going to go under the back seats with it and put it around a seat belt bolt.

why have you got a switch for the amp? really should come off the head unit.

i used the middle seat belt bolt in my mk2 but it's not ideal tbh

HU doesn't have a remote port on there for me to do that I don't think, Its a sony cdx gt-210.

My mate has the gt-220 and he had to use a switch, so im assuming that im in the same position. Or is there another way?

if it doesn't have a remote output then i'd use the switched +ve to the hu then that way you wouldn't be able to accidentially leave your amp on.

Thanks, just remembered too, where would be a good place to feed the power cable through to the battery?
