Insurance claim help

Got a settlement fee over the phone guy said theyll send letters out and may ask for my driving licence... Ive sent it (Paper and photocard) away to change my details off address. what would happen with my claim?

tell them the truth...they will settle if you can prove it...

just explain why and they sholud give you extra time and when you send it a crisp clean driving licence they can see your not pullng a fast one
