Insurance exclusions etc

Just reading some new policy documents and the policy doesnt specifically exclude track days or the de-restricted poll roads or the ring etc etc.

It does specifically exclude driving tests, gymkhanas, hill climbs and other speed trials and testing and competetive road rallies run under license from the RAC Motorsport Association.

It does also specifically include driving off the public highway on publically or privately owned land, concours events, road safety rallies, and road runs were there is no element of competition.

So question is, would this suggest that track days and the nurburgring are covered??

I doubt it. Saying that though mine said that racing, track days etc are included and then a special little bit saying use of the 'ring is excluded.
You're better off phoning and asking tbh..

Yeah of cause, will do if and when it becomes an actual issue, just wondered what the masses on CS would think reading those exclusions and inclusions

Sky: how can it be excluded if does not state so but does state cover for driving off the public highway and in Europe is covered? I can provide further details in a pm if you like?
