Insurance: K-Tec Chrome Grill/Grille

I Am considering putting a k-tec chrome grille on my car - http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=377

Direct Line do not allow modifications untill 25? i was wondering whether this is considered a "modification" by them, and if i did put it on and had an accident could they not pay out because of the grill

And Will This Fit On My Car:

does the bit of chrome in the splitter come with the grille or is it a seperate modification?

Dont do it, the chrome grill is the biggest pile off sh-te you can put on a clio, a lad round my way has one on his 172 cup, its looks stupid TBH
