Id like to bet theres a 95% chance they,ll beat Adrian Flux.
These are the only two companies that have ever given me a decent quote on my 172. I went with Greenlight in the end because they were cheaper and cover you for trackdays!
I called them last week to get an idea on my next renewal in june and im 25 next month so they estimated it to be around £550 full comp

yup, they aren't bad on modded cars. A guy I know has a turbo mx5 and pays something silly low.

how old and how many no claims do you have?
im 22 with 2 years ncb no points or claims
car is a clio dynamique with 2.0 engine conversion, 172 shocks 60mm springs, 172 front 2 brakes, viper, decat exhaust, inets matched, remap, 20mm spacers, 15" pro races, 172 front bumper, k-tec kombat skirts and rear bumper, tints all round, £500 ice (head unit and components), carbon engine cover, magnecor leads, corbeau carrera seats, omp steering wheel, sparco pedals, 2 things that arent on the car yet but will be in the next couple of weeks but seats are also changin.
i think £850 for all that isnt bad really considering my gf's brother picks his 182 up on friday same age and ncb and cheapest qoute his got is £1600!

oh and a quick guide to get it dropped
1. say you got a cheaper qoute from else where (i said greenlight)
2. wait for a dropped figure
3. drop your mileage a tad (i dropped 2000 miles)
4. wait for figure to drop, they may ask if you have anything else say no not at this point.
5. after recieving a little off then say ohhhhh i forgot im also a member of cliosport.net i thinki'm enitled to a discount

thats one more ncb and with your rents on mine was under £600 with my mum on and the car being unmodified

Im 24 with 5yrs no claims, but 25 next month and insurance is due for renewal in june so im covering-

Thats about it really. Only one bad thing about Greenlight was that i cant protect my ncb till im 25&im not covered to drive any other car on the policy not even third party
Doesnt exactly help me much trying to get the price down when you live in essex!
