interior cleaning- seats stink water damage etc noob help

So I'm a noob to car cleaning etc

So my interior is pretty gubbed at the moment, car had been sitting for 3 months with a leaking roof and no headliner so condensation go the better of the seats.

Including moss growth and water marks and such like, also have made the carpets/seats and door cards all stink.

So what do you recommend i clean it with what products are out there?

I dont want to just mask the smell with air fresheners i would rather try and get rid of it the best i could.

Any links appreciated and i don't want to break the bank either.
