Interior mod ideas

Looking for some ideas for subtle interior mods. Was thinking about spraying the glove box catch silver to match the dash inserts. Does anybody know how to get the catch or the glove box door out the car ( don't want to spray inside car obviously). Got a foot rest plate on order, can't wait to get that in.

maybe get some alcantara for some interior parts

paint the dash inserts in same color as your car

oil temp gauge

unfortunately stripping it isn't an option as have a three year old daughter (who loves car already), that has to ride in it on occasions.Like I said SUBTLE was the word.
