Dolphin hd web browser for iPad, I think I like it.

Its very different to using safari, has some funky features, seems to reload pages when flicking through tabs though and thought I got rid of that whenni upgraded to the iPad 2.
It's free anyway, seems to allow downloads etc.

Any app like this will make a separate library from your Photo app, which is a PITA imo.

iOS5 is bringing the ability to create and edit photo albums in the device, so best bet is to wait

I use photo manager pro on the iPad to have albums as can update and upload picture and video via wifi.

Soccer Club Story is out for Android. Same as GP Story but you make a football team etc... looks quality.

I need that in my life for iOS.
