iPad competition app needed!

Hi guys,

The company I work for are doing the Ideal Home Show in a couple of weeks.

We are after an iPad app which basically has a home screen saying "Enter to win".. all the user has to do is put their email address in to enter (obviously for us to store in our mailing list).

Does anyone know of an app capable of this?

It sounds like guided access is what you need.

It limits what the user can do on the iPad I.e just let's them enter and email and store it.

So you just need to find an app where there's a dialogue box to fill in and a enter button.

Would the apple numbers (excel for apple) be any use for that?

Hi mate, yeah guided access is a must - will probably just write my own app, can't find anything that fits everything to a T. Just got to get management to buy the dev license. Haha.

WebApp could work but then you can't use guided access on it as you'd be using it on Safari as a whole!

There are apps for that.....

As a programmer I'd definitely be going that route.
