iphone 4 personal hotspot?

how do i use it?!
if i go to it in the menu it just has the spinning symbol as if something is working but won't let me click it etc?

is there another option somewhere?

IIRC when I had an iPhone, you had to have it on your tarrif. This was over a year ago on a 3g though

Settings>general>network>set up personal hot spot

This however as Will said, certain network providers will disallow you from using it due to their network usage policy. Best to ask them if you're having any difficulties.
