i stupidly updated my jail broke iphone now it wont work i need to go back to the old firmware any one know how ?

If you clicked on "Make my life easy" in Cydia and saved your SHSH to their server, then you can go back.

If you don't know whether you did, then you'll probably just have to try it. If it doesn't work, then you didn't save you SHSH.
