I called Apple today! Third time!

They've had it over two months, showing as product returned on the 13th but no delivery number.

20 mins on hold and they think they have found the problem... They've sent it to an address in Japan

They are calling back tomorrow to try and explain. I'm obviously not impressed.:boring:

Two weeks later and I'm still waiting!

Official word is that they have run out of iPods and are awaiting a new batch. Will they be new or recon?

The lady at Apple has told me "as soon as it ships I will be in touch".

Two whole months without an iPod that worked floorlessly for years! :dapprove:
