That looks pretty good to be honest.

Also take the headlight covers off before you give it to them - they will never know and I will have them off you for a fiver.

head light covers?how you mean?

rigth, i never said i would give them the tax, but never said i wouldnt if you get me, so should i just take it if i go through with the deal?

and also the mats etc?!

  1.6 focus zetec....
Sounds like a cracking deal mate... i think they'll expect the tax in that price but i'd take all the other extras out that you have like mats etc 'cos they'll more than likely put them paper things in anyway...

Kiza

^^ Just read the post above so take the tax out....

yeah, something fairly fast, nice car etc.

was thinking about a 106 rallye, but ideally a car v reg or newer because of my private plate, but not essential.

got upto 5.5ish k

Is a 172FF out of the question due to insurance?

yeah, cant insure one for less than 3.5k lol

I guess you must be abit younger than me then.
Best quote ive had is £1400 fully comp. 1yrs no claims, 2.5yrs driving experience, no points, aged 20.

Everyone raves about the 106 gti's but I find them abit flimsy, and too small, the interior isn't as nice as your Clio either.

im 18, 2ncb in july, 3 points and a non fault accident.

What about a 172?

Citreon Zsara VTS Ok not that cool etc but different and there quck cars realy underrated. You can get 03 plates for £4k with 60k trade, an extra £400 and you'll get 53 plates with 30k or so.

MG ZR they did a 1.8 120hp model good handling cars.

Seat Ibiza/Leon the diesels are quick and they do the 1.8 Turbo engine in the Cupra's and Cupra R's which has the typical tunning potential.

3 series BMW

Yeah make sure you take mats out and spare wheel etc...

As for the headlight covers no worries - i was only messing

But what do you have to lose (apart from 16.99) from putting it on autotrader for 2 weeks on the internet @ 5000. People will always ring you with offers.

Put offers welcomed or whatever.

Certinaly worth a go IMO.

Noooooo don't do it! I went with a friend of mine to buy a mk4 golf 1.6, which he bought, handles like a dog! And the tyres on it, check out the profile of the standard tyres fitted to steel wheels on mk4 1.6's, you need a can of tyre shine for each corner!

Tbh Ibiza diesel is not *that* crazier option. One of my deps at work had one and f*** me did it shift! The torque is amazing! I know Diesels aint all that cool but it used to do my 182 from standstill (Soon caught up though) and will do you for a year or so. Plus with the economy you can save some $ and get a even better car next!
