Is a laguna 2.0 16v engine from a 2002 same as the 172 engine?

After taking the head off my 172 and seeing that the cams are pitted and cam carriers are damaged i have decided to change the engine.

I have been offered a laguna 2.0 16v engine from a 2002 for £100 with only 62k on the clock and can be heard running.

I am right that the block and head are the same and its just a case of swapping everything over?

They is loads of F4R engines on ebay but its picking a good one, I have a new dephaser pulley, Cambelt kit and aux kit to fit to my new engine plus going to fit a new clutch as well

Pretty much this. The main issue is the different compression ratio though.
