Is it bad if the exhaust is smoking a little?

I have just noticed that it is a little bit. And there is a little puddle of h2o at the end of the exhaust. Is this bad? Is is a sign that the head gasget is going? what offer signs would there be?

my gf/s corsa had so much mayo on the filler cap i thought it must have been head gasket but after an oil change and i long drive it cleared. that was 4k ago

if ur only doing short journeys then id say condensation

also is it all the time or only from cold?

Yer I noticed the smoke coming out of the exhaust after a short jorney, about 1.5miles. Like said, it could just be condention.

TO rule out HG failure, get a garage to do a compresson test, wont cost much or have a long drive, 50 miles or so, see if its still doing it.
