Is there many Mk1 16v/willy turbos..

Anyone know what BB and KTec charge for a conversion? Say just a low boost?

Yeah i found 16vturbolee's was the same all be it a touch slower than my hybrid when his was low boost. Its a different story now though! haha! My hybrid ran a 14.0.

Just tryed to phone BB and there's no answer. The Ktec girl just didnt have a clue! haha

I'll have a look on Clio16valver. Justins is a beast. I bought i 16v from him. :)

i wish i had kept my hybrid, never known a car like it, 0-140 in 28 secs with just breathing mods

yep 13.9 from my hybrid:D same situation here tom, I've raced both midge and bass direct and pulled ever so slightly at the top end. both were 1.8's with low boost conversions running 10psi. i expect to get battered when midge finishes his high boost conversion tho:evil:

lol mine was the same mate, pulled on a 300 bhp RX7, a 298 Saffire Cos, and an E36 M3, all owned by the same bloke! He kept popping home to ge tthe next car as he couldn't believe how quick the Clio was lol

I never got into the 13's but it ran 14.0 all day long at pod, with only a filter, 4 branch, de cat, exhaust and chip running on road tyres, i wish i had stripped it properly and i know it had a high 13 in it easy!

250bhp would be a perfect figure for a mk1 imo.

Midge, yours is smart but with bodywork and highboost it'll be almost a 5k car. I'd rather do it myself for that price.

Why is the F7P used more than the F7R?

more easily available, the parts are cheaper, k-tec low boost conversion is aout 2.5k i think, high boost with low comp pistons will be around 4k

Cool cool. Nothing to do with compression or how the engine revs then?

i must say, when you get that GT28 on yours she'll be a flyer.

I've tried ringing BB and Ktec for prices but no joy..
