Been looking around for a Clio, was gunna go for a Campus Sport but the waiting list is ages!!

Ive now seen a 2005 1.2 16v Clio Dynamique for sale!!

4000 miles
Otterman Blue Metallic
HPI Clear, FUll Service History
Warranty
All usual extras, fogs, alloys, e/w, e/m etc etc

Hes wanting £6000 for it!! Is that a good price!?

The "what car" book price is £5,145 for a 2004 plate 1.2 16v Dynamique, having done 20,000 miles. 05 is unlisted in used and new (obviously falls in between the 2) I would offer him £5,500 and walk if no good.

Depends how much you want it and are willing to wait & then how much he wants to sell.

£6k is too much but £4,500 would be a bargain for you!

If you really like it be upfront and tell him the info I have told you and that you think £5,500 is fair, then if he says no have the balls to walk away.

id class that as cheap, had mine for 3 months, its same car in black but 04 plate, had done 14000 when i picked it up, it was advertised for £6300, i never payed that due to circumstances with the first car they sold me, ended up paying them £5800 altogether, thought i was getting a bloody good deal!

Seeing as the new Mk3 Clio is out I'd say production of the MK2 without the odd looking bumpers has finished.

It's got weird looking front bumper and a smoothed rear boot :dead:

Might have some old ones knocking around that they are selling as new a la Fiesta Classic.

the campus sport is the last of the old models to be made and it doesnt have smooth boot or weird front bumper, as i test drove one this week
