Yes.
Ive bought two 51 plate Clio's (1.2 16v) over the course of this year.
They are both 'Expressions' though.

Mine: 48k 2001 51 plate £2550
My brothers: 45k 2002 51 plate £2600.

You pay abit more for a dynamique but not that much more.
